Welcome to Minnesota EMS, LLC! We trace our beginnings to 1998, when Program Director Jason Colvin first began teaching accessible, engaging CPR and First Aid courses to businesses, teachers, and nurses.
Through the early 2000s, encouraged by great reviews and a growing demand, course offerings expanded with classes like Wilderness First Aid, Stop The Bleed, and NAEMT’s new First On The Scene training.
Today, we are an approved EMR and EMT Education Program by the Minnesota EMS Regulatory Board, and we are a recognized training agency by the NREMT. We now offer a full roster of safety and EMS-related courses, including CPR and First Aid, EMR and EMT, enrichment courses, and NCCP recertification classes.
We are an Authorized Training Center for the American Red Cross and the American Health and Safety Institute, and a provider of American Heart Association courses.
Our courses are taught by dedicated healthcare professionals who work with patients every day in clinics, hospitals and ambulances. We promote safety and preparedness, and ultimately help our students to support health and save lives in their workplace, their school, or as their chosen career.
We provide our education in an affordable, flexible, and relaxed atmosphere. We have a variety of options for ease and convenience, including bringing our classes to your site or your neighborhood, offering after-hours courses, and more!
